Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dealforts, operated by Morphlith ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Dealforts — including the web platform, bot integrations, escrow service, and community channels — you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, do not use Dealforts. These Terms were last updated in June 2025.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dealforts. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using Dealforts, you confirm that:

•The information you provide is accurate and truthful

•You are not using the platform to engage in fraudulent activity

•You will comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence

Dealforts allows users to submit reports about suspected fraudulent sellers and transactions.

Your responsibilities:

•Reports must be truthful and based on genuine experience or evidence

•You must not submit false reports with the intent to harm a legitimate seller

•You must not use the reporting system for personal disputes unrelated to fraud

Our responsibilities:

•We review all reports before flagging an account

•Flagged accounts are notified and given the opportunity to dispute

•We reserve the right to remove reports found to be false or malicious

Consequences of false reporting:

Submitting knowingly false reports may result in account suspension, removal from the platform, and potential legal liability. Dealforts reserves the right to pursue action against users who misuse the reporting system.

Dealforts provides an escrow service that holds funds on behalf of buyers and releases them to sellers upon confirmed delivery.

How it works:

•The buyer deposits funds into escrow before the seller ships goods or delivers services

•Funds are held by Dealforts until the buyer confirms satisfactory receipt

•If a dispute arises, Dealforts reviews evidence and makes a binding decision

Important limitations:

•Dealforts is not a bank or regulated financial institution. We act as a neutral intermediary.

•We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of goods and services transacted through the platform

•We do not guarantee that buyers or sellers will fulfil their obligations

•Escrow transactions are subject to our Refund Policy

Prohibited transactions:

Escrow may not be used for illegal goods, regulated financial instruments, gambling, or any activity prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.

The Dealforts bot is available on WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger. It provides seller verification and scam detection based on our database of community reports.

Limitations:

•Bot results are based on available data and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate

•A "Safe" result does not guarantee a seller is legitimate — it means no reports exist at the time of the query

•Dealforts is not liable for losses incurred based on bot results

You must not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or reverse-engineer the bot. Automated or bulk queries without our written permission are prohibited.

The Dealforts Pro Plan is a paid subscription that unlocks advanced bot features and unlimited verification queries.

•Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

•You may cancel at any time through your account settings

•Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

•We reserve the right to modify Pro Plan features with reasonable notice

Dealforts operates WhatsApp communities in Nigeria, Ghana, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

By joining a community, you agree to:

•Engage respectfully with other members

•Not share spam, misinformation, or promotional content

•Not share personal data of others without their consent

•Follow the rules posted by community moderators

We reserve the right to remove members who violate community standards.

You must not use Dealforts to:

•Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reports

•Impersonate another person or organisation

•Harass, threaten, or harm other users

•Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access

•Circumvent platform security measures

•Use automated tools to scrape or query the platform at scale

•Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity

•Transact in prohibited goods or services through escrow

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

All content on Dealforts — including the logo, platform design, bot responses, and written content — is owned by Morphlith or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit (reports, evidence). By submitting, you grant Dealforts a non-exclusive licence to use that content to operate the platform and improve our fraud detection systems.

Dealforts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealforts and Morphlith are not liable for:

•Financial losses arising from transactions facilitated through or informed by the platform

•Inaccurate or incomplete bot results

•Actions taken by buyers, sellers, or third parties

•Data loss or platform downtime

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Dealforts shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. For users in the United Kingdom, applicable UK consumer protection laws also apply. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation before formal legal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
