Our fee structure:

• Transaction fees are charged only on successful completions

• No hidden charges or setup fees for basic marketplace usage

• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

Payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

You may not use our Service to:

• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DealForts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through:

• Initial mediation through our AI-assisted dispute resolution
• Escalation to human mediators if needed
• Binding arbitration as a final resort

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but these Terms will remain in effect regarding past use.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
